{"title":"Netzknoten","description":"Netzknoten sind sämtliche plangleichen (höhengleichen) und planfreien (höhenungleichen) Knotenpunkte, die sich aus der verkehrlichen Verknüpfung zweier oder mehrerer Straßen des aufzunehmenden Straßennetzes untereinander ergeben.
